• Passengers must remain upright throughout the flight with their knees slightly bent when landing.
• There is no risk of vertigo - the balloon is not connected to the ground.
• Recommended clothing: flat, closed shoes and clothing made of natural fibers.

• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant women or people with serious health problems.
• Children over 12 years old are considered adults.
• Balloon flights require ideal weather conditions - flights may be postponed in case of bad weather.

• To ensure safety, flights only take place in stable conditions with clear visibility, low winds and no rain. If weather conditions are unfavorable:
• Flights will be postponed to the next available date.
• In case of last-minute cancellation, customers are entitled to a 100% refund.

Customer cancellation:

• Less than 24 hours before the flight: No refund.
• No-show: 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation due to weather:

• If the flight is cancelled in advance, we offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
• If conditions change on site, customers receive a Moroccan breakfast and a full refund.

When is the flight?

Flights typically depart early in the morning to ensure the best weather conditions and visibility. The exact time will be confirmed the day before your flight.

How long does the entire experience take?

The total experience takes between three and four hours, including pick-up, balloon setup, flight, and breakfast. The actual flight takes approximately 40 to 60 minutes.

What should I wear on the flight?

It is recommended to wear flat, closed-toe shoes and clothing made of natural fibers. As the temperature may be cooler in the morning, it is advisable to bring a light jacket.

Is the flight safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Flights are only conducted in good weather conditions, with wind speeds below 18 km/h. The flight is smooth, and there is no risk of dizziness as the balloon is not connected to the ground.

Can children participate in the flight?

Children over the age of four are allowed to join the flight with the permission of the pilot. Children 12 years and older are considered adults.

What happens if the weather is not suitable for flying?

If the weather is not safe to fly, the flight will be postponed to the next available day. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Can I cancel my booking?

If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the flight, the full amount will be charged. If the flight is cancelled by us due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Is breakfast included in the experience?

Yes, after the flight you will return to the base to enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast.
