• To enjoy a safe hot air balloon experience, ideal weather conditions are required. This includes clear visibility, light winds, stable air and no rain – conditions that are often found in Marrakech.
• If the weather is unfavorable on the day of your flight, your flight will be rescheduled, usually for the following day. Since hot air ballooning is highly weather dependent, last-minute cancellations can occur, even just before takeoff. Your safety is our top priority.

If weather conditions prevent the flight:

Advance Cancellation: If the weather forecast indicates unfavorable conditions the day before, we will inform passengers and reschedule the flight. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a 100% refund.

Last Minute Cancellation: If the forecast is good but on-site conditions prevent takeoff, we will provide a Moroccan breakfast and issue a 100% refund.

Less than 24 hours before the flight: Cancellation within 24 hours of the flight date will require payment of 100% of the reservation amount to ATLANTIC AIR BALLOON.

No Show: Failure to arrive on time (as confirmed the day before) will result in 100% of the reservation amount being due to ATLANTIC AIR BALLOON.
