Balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions, including good visibility, light winds and stable air. If the weather is not suitable, we will postpone your flight to the next day or issue a full refund.

No show on the day of the trip: 100% cancellation fee.

1. When does the tour start?

The tour starts early in the morning, usually two hours before sunrise. Pick-up times vary depending on the season and your location in Marrakech.

2. How long is the hot air balloon experience?

The entire experience takes approximately four hours, including pick-up, preparation for the flight, the hot air balloon flight (40 to 60 minutes), and breakfast after landing.

3. Is it safe to fly in a hot air balloon?

Yes, hot air balloon flying is a safe activity when done under the right conditions. Our pilots are experienced professionals, and all flights follow strict safety regulations.

4. What should I wear on the flight?

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the season. Closed-toed shoes, a light jacket, and clothing made of natural fibers are recommended. High heels and sandals are not suitable.

5. Can children join the flight?

Yes, children over the age of four can join the flight. However, children under 12 years of age must have permission from the pilot.

6. What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather conditions are unsafe to fly, we will reschedule the flight to the next available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

7. Is there a maximum weight limit for passengers?

There is no strict maximum weight limit, but passengers weighing over 120kg may be required to pay an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if this applies to you.

8. Can pregnant women join the flight?

For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in a hot air balloon ride.

9. Will I feel motion sick during the flight?

No, the hot air balloon experience is smooth and stable. Since the balloon moves with the wind, there is no feeling of motion sickness.

10. What does the experience include?

The package includes a sunrise hot air balloon ride, round trip transfers, Moroccan tea and welcome cakes, a 1-hour flight, and a traditional Moroccan breakfast upon landing.

11. What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your flight, you will be charged the full amount. If we cancel due to weather conditions and are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
